AboutToucan Design, Inc. is a company specializing in concept-to-manufacturing product design and development for a wide range of industries.   Based in Boulder, CO, we have provided design consulting to companies of all sizes since 1991.  From start ups to established corporations,  Toucan Design has a track record of turning ideas into manufactured products which have generated millions of dollars in the market place.   Toucan Design is known for being expert in solving complex technical problems,  providing state of the art designs, establishing and maintaining vendor relationships as well as personal service to clients and their vendors.  We believe our best marketing is you and it is proven year after year as 95% of our business has been referrals and returning clients.​Company HistoryMark Toukan, the founder and principal first studied business at Villanova University in Pennsylvania.   After receiving his BS in Business Administration at Villinova University in 1980, he decided to pursue his love of Engineering and moved to Colorado.  In 1986, Mark  graduated with a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering at University of Colorado.   After a few years working as a design engineer, he decided to start his own business, Toucan Design.  Over decades Toucan Design Inc.  has provided engineering designs and consulting to numerous sectors of business in addition to working with universities and engineering students.
